At Whimsigirl, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved making them; if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment remains in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
